If you were a participant or beneficiary of the Altru Health System Retirement Savings Plan, and each of its predecessor plans or successor plans, individually and collectively (the “Plan”), during the period September 9, 2014 through January 30, 2024 (the “Class Period”), your rights may be affected by a proposed settlement of this class action lawsuit.
The Court still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement and that approval is upheld in the event of any appeal.
